Jiangsu Qingquan Chemical Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company-QQCHEM) was established on May 28，2005, located in Binhai Coastal Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province. With a registered capital of 81.9 million yuan, has two factories in the south and the north of the park , covering a total area of 470mu (approx. 31 hectares) and is equipped with a 12mu (approx. 86,111 ft2) staff living area. The facility layout is well-organized.

Our company was jointly established by Zhejiang Qingquan Pharmaceutical & Chemical (Holding) Co., Ltd. and Taizhou Qingyuan Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership).Our company has established three wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, "Hangzhou Spring Trading Co., Ltd.", "Zhejiang Qinghe Advanced Material Technology Co., Ltd." and "Hangzhou Spring Advanced Material Co., Ltd.". At present, the total number of employees in our parent company and its subsidiaries amounts to over 700, and the total assets exceed 1 billion RMB.

Our company specializes in the R&D, production and sales of special fine chemicals and special polymer new materials. Focusing on the preparation of polymer new materials and monomers with various characteristics such as high transparency, high weather resistance, and high temperature resistance, as well as the comprehensive development of furfural (a non-food bio-based materials). The company has established a four-product system consisting of new material monomers, green solvents, pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates, and special polymer new materials. These products are widely applied in various fields such as aerospace, wind power, automobiles, electronics and electrical appliances, medical devices, chemicals, medicine, and pesticides.

Our company is recognized as a national-level "Little Giant"(specialized, innovative, & high-tech) enterprise, National High-tech Enterprise, a key enterprise research institution in Jiangsu Province, a provincial-level technology center in Jiangsu Province, and a private technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province. It has been recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Department as the "Medium and High-Pressure Catalytic Hydrogenation Engineering Technology Research Center". Our company has established a provincial-level postdoctoral workstation and led the drafting of the industry standard for its main product, 2-Methyltetrahydrofuran. It has undertaken several national-level technological transformation projects and provincial-level key research projects, including "Central Budget Fund Technology Transformation Special Project - Hydrogenation and Polyimide and Other Series Product Construction Project", "Zhejiang Provincial Key Research and Development Project - Industrialization of Thermoplastic Polyimide and Its Applications", and "Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Support Project - Research on Efficient and Green Catalytic Key Technologies for Dual Ring Structure Diamine Products". As of June 30, 2025, Our company has obtained 69 authorized patents, of which 65 are invention patents; it has also participated in the drafting of 3 national standards and 1 industry standard (as the leading unit).

Zhejiang Qinghe Advanced Material Technology Co., Ltd.

Zhejiang Qinghe Advanced Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "QHTECH") Established on March 8，2017，located in No. 3 Lingxiu Road, Modern Industrial Block, Fuying Subdistrict, Xianju County, Zhejiang Province.It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Qingquan Chemical Co.,Ltd. It covers an area of more than 120mu (approx. 12 hectares), with a total investment of more than 60 million yuan.

Our company mainly engages in the R&D, production and sales of new materials, functional monomers for new materials, fine chemicals and special chemicals. Its current portfolio includes hydrogenation series, polyimide series, CHDM (1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol), a core monomer for high-end polyester materials (PETG).

It has been successively recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, as well as a Zhejiang Province Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, a Zhejiang Province Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, and a Zhejiang Province Specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative small and Medium-sized Enterprise, and has established a Zhejiang Province Postdoctoral Workstation. The project "Thermoplastic Polyimide and its Industrialization" was included in the provincial key research and development plan in 2021. The "Research and Industrialization of Thermoplastic Polyimide" achievements have been included in the "Zhejiang Good Achievements" of 2024; the "High-performance Thermoplastic Polyimide" product was selected as one of the first batch of new materials in China in 2024.

Hangzhou Spring Advanced Material Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "QFNew Materials"). was Established on September 2，2021，located within Hangzhou Normal University Science Park on Wenyi West Road, and is a wholly-owned research and development subsidiary of QQCHEM. This company with a registered capital of more than 8 million yuan，covering an area of more than 800 square meters。It is adjacent to the "Zhejiang Overseas High level Talent Innovation Park (Haichuang Park)" in the east, Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University in the northeast, and Xiaoheshan Higher Education District in the south.

At present, the company has established a research and development team dominated by PhDs and Masters from well-known domestic scientific research institutions, such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Zhejiang University, mainly engaged in research on new materials with high added value, such as polyimide, bio-based new materials, high-performance engineering plastics.

This company mainly works on wholesale and retail of chemical products and raw materials, and goods import and export, whose scope of business refers to pharmaceutical intermediates, functional materials, electronic chemicals, special chemicals, agrochemical and custom manufacturing at the present.
